California FAIR Plan and coverage alternatives
The California FAIR Plan is a last-resort option offering basic, limited-peril coverage. Ask a licensed agent about coverage gaps, Difference in Conditions coverage and possible regular-market alternatives. The insurance company and underwriting review decide whether coverage is offered.
Do not cancel existing coverage until a replacement policy is confirmed effective.
