Offline and print
After setup, the saved emergency information can be read offline on a device that has successfully loaded that property. Offline shows the last-saved time; a never-loaded property is not available. Not every page works offline, and evidence photos, private documents and security pages are not cached.
Print or save the Emergency Card in EMERGENCY or through the RECORDS export link. Short-term rental properties also have a guest card. Locations are saved by the homeowner or host, not independently verified. CALL 911 FIRST for life-threatening emergencies.
