Principles

No ads and no selling of your data. Photos and documents are private by default; only selected items are released when you choose to share. Revocation blocks new access, not copies already received or a previously issued signed file URL before its expiry. Secure Codes are excluded from generic sharing. You can export metadata or delete your home from Account; home deletion does not delete your Auth account. Email support@securehomeiq.com for account-deletion or other privacy requests. Account deletion is manual and identity-verified, not instant erasure.

Supply links are Amazon searches that carry no property or account data; see the FAQ for the affiliate disclosure.

SecureHomeIQ is a product of StormwaterIQ Inc.

W-9, EIN information and vendor-tax documents are available to verified customers/partners on request. They are not public downloads. No request portal is available here yet.

Sensitive documents require verified-customer access or verified-partner review. They are not public resources.
