Landlord and property-manager lenses provide Door Record framing, move-in/move-out photo baselines, tenant issue logging, My Pros and emergency information. A service request records the request; it is not a confirmed booking or dispatch.

Your insurance company decides eligibility; we build the evidence.

Status

Planned pricing: $6 per door per month for 51 to 200 doors, $4 for 201 or more, with 2 months free when prepaid annually. Billing is coming next. There are no live integrations with DoorLoop, Buildium, AppFolio or similar software. Portfolio Health is in development.
